Tap + at the top right of the Habits page. Choose Quit for something you want to stop, or Build for something you want to do more of.
Yes. For a daily habit one check-in per day keeps the streak. For specific days or times a week, only the days you planned count, and rest days never break it.
On a Quit habit tap the gear on the right. Add a note by typing or with the microphone and pick what triggered it. A slip resets the clean-time counter but your history and XP stay.
Tap the check-in again to undo it. The XP and gold go back.
Open Quitter, go to Settings and make sure Notifications is on. If iOS shows it as off, the switch opens your iPhone notification settings for Quitter.
Press and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Quitter.
In Settings, under Your Data, tap Back up to save a file. On the new iPhone install Quitter and use Restore with that file.
No. Everything stays on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
Settings, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Quitter. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
